Request a demo: When completing the demo request form, your surname, function, company, post code, country, email, telephone, the size of the contact center concerned by your project and user status are collected.
Download the white paper: When completing our white paper download request form, your surname, first name, company, post code, country, function, email, telephone and user status are collected.
Request a partnership: When completing the partnership request form, your surname, company, post code, country, function, email, telephone, user status and how you got to know us are collected.
Submit a job application: When completing the job application form, your surname, first name, email, telephone and resume are collected.
Contact request: When completing the contact request form, your surname, first name, company, post code, country, function, email, telephone and user status are collected.
You must therefore inform us immediately of any modification to your personal data so that we can update it. Otherwise, we may not be able to provide some of our services.

Personal Data used for direct marketing and communication purposes is kept for a maximum duration of three (3) years from your last contact with Conecteo, unless:
- You exercise, under the conditions set out below, one of the rights granted to you by law;
- A longer retention period is permitted or required by law or regulation, but also so that we can respond to any legal action. This applies throughout the prescription period specified by the applicable law.
Personal Data used for recruitment purposes is kept for two (2) years from the last contact with applicants not selected, unless they agree to a longer retention period.
Security and confidentiality
During this period, we implement the appropriate organizational, software, legal, technical and physical means required to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, to prevent it from being altered, deleted or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
Access to your personal data is strictly limited to employees authorized by virtue of their duties and bound by a confidentiality obligation. However, the data collected may possibly be communicated to subcontractors contractually responsible for executing the tasks necessary for smooth operation of the website, without the need for your authorization. In order to deliver their services, subcontractors have only limited access to your data and are contractually obliged to use it in accordance with the applicable personal data protection law.
