How we use the data collected about you

We use your Personal Data to answer:

  • Your requests for information or contact made on our Site,
  • Your appointment requests,
  • Your requests to see demos of our Kiamo solution,
  • Your partnership requests,
  • Your applications to join our teams

Retention durations

Personal Data used for direct marketing and communication purposes is kept for a maximum duration of three (3) years from your last contact with Conecteo, unless:

  • A longer retention period is permitted or required by law or regulation, but also so that we can respond to any legal action. This applies throughout the prescription period specified by the applicable law.

Personal Data used for recruitment purposes is kept for two (2) years from the last contact with applicants not selected, unless they agree to a longer retention period.

Security and confidentiality

During this period, we implement the appropriate organizational, software, legal, technical and physical means required to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, to prevent it from being altered, deleted or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

Access to your personal data is strictly limited to employees authorized by virtue of their duties and bound by a confidentiality obligation. However, the data collected may possibly be communicated to subcontractors contractually responsible for executing the tasks necessary for smooth operation of the website, without the need for your authorization. In order to deliver their services, subcontractors have only limited access to your data and are contractually obliged to use it in accordance with the applicable personal data protection law. You can also give general or specific instructions to a trusted third party certified by the CNIL or our Company concerning the retention, deletion and communication of your personal data after your death.
