The product team imagines the future of Customer Relations and Kiamo. It schedules the releases and specifies the developments for the R&D teams. Our team consists of functional or technical Product Managers, to examine all Kiamo aspects.
Every day, we observe the market, exchange with our integrator partners, our users and the other editors on our market. We study the technological changes and the new approaches of the Customer Relations profession.

We are fully aware that Kiamo serves thousands of customer advisers every day. Our mission is to offer our integrators and users the best possible product and make a long-term commitment to guarantee the reliability and robustness of our application. Our R&D team at the cutting edge of the web technologies focuses on developing and implementing the ideas from the Product Team.
At the same time, the Quality team safeguards and secures all our developments using internationally recognized methodologies (ISTQB) and automated tests. It is also responsible for all the Kiamo product documentation.
Lastly, the IT team manages our technical infrastructure (server room, telephony IT, etc.) and implements all the software platforms required to operate our product and support the company’s growth.

Our main missions are to promote Kiamo, establish its position and reputation to efficiently support our sales team and those of our partners.
We adopt a different approach, however. We capitalize on the long term and relations of trust. We prefer to convince people rather than adopt a hard line. And above all, we do not oversell ourselves. We refuse to make promises we cannot keep.
In addition, we have set up a Customer Success program to increase user satisfaction. We visit users, exchange with them, listen to their requirements and help them use Kiamo more effectively every day. We want to have happy users, since the quality of human interactions is one of the company’s priorities.
