For the 3rd consecutive year, Kiamo took part in the Call Center World fair in Berlin, Europe’s flagship event for customer service and communications. A big thank you to our teams in Germany, Markus Deutgen and Maria Général, for their contribution. Our product experts in France, Arnaud Cavé, Géric Fossé and Cédric Oehmichen who has just joined the Kiamo team as International Business Developer, were also present during the event. During the fair, they had the opportunity to introduce the advantages of our solution and discuss the latest trends in the world of contact centers and Customer Relations.
The Call Center World fair, held every year in February at the Estrel Congress Center in Berlin is an exhaustive knowledge platform, perfect for networking and international exchanges with the decision-makers and the service providers in the field of Customer Relations. This year, CCW celebrated its 20th anniversary with 8200 visitors, an all-time high! 270 international exhibitors and 120 conferences helped create the outstanding atmosphere by presenting the latest innovating solutions in customer communications in the digital era. The visitors, exhibitors and speakers discussed a wide range of subjects including artificial intelligence, digital disruption and the development of human resources in the future.
