What a strange edition!
The Coronavirus COVID-19 is shuffling the cards and forcing event organisers & exhibitors to review their strategy or adapt to the situation.
And therefore, it was a “no hand shaking” edition! Which did not prevent us from having really interesting business driven discussions!
It was a great opportunity for Kiamo to present our smart omnichannel distribution engine for contact centres.
As a CATSponsor, we were very proud to participate to the CAT Award Ceremony on March 3rd and to hand over the CAT Award of the Best Call Center Manager 2020 for Germany to Bernd Ivers.
